The staff were lovely, really cheerful and kind. The room was massive, the bed huge and very comfortable. We got upgraded to a kingsize, river view for free, which was really appreciated. As was the 11am checkout, biscuits, water and mini fridge. The shower was the best I have used in a hotel in a long time. We checked in after 11pm and it was no problem. The breakfast was buffet style and contained a hot breakfast as well. I loved the location, such a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere. Really wide corridors and lifts everywhere, which I feel would be great for people who are assisted with their walking, those who use wheelchairs, or for those of us who like a bit of space. It is first on my list of the place to stay in South and Central London next time. 5-10 minutes from the DLR underground stop Customs House. We parked at the ExCel arena which is 5 minutes' walk away and is £25 for 24 hours (no hourly rate, I think), which is steep but secure. You pay on the way out with a card at the barrier, so nice and easy. For disabled drivers with blue badges there are spaces within seconds of the hotel (see the pic with the trees in).

The hotel was such a lovely experience, we wanted to stay in London, but something a little different to a ‘normal’ hotel. This yacht was just the perfect answer, we loved it! Breakfast was really good, I am Gluten intolerant and they made me fresh toast every morning and there were also gluten free cereals available too. The buffet was a full cooked breakfast and also each day there was a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, meats, smoked salmon, bread/ toast, various pastries and also preserves including Nutella and marmite. Drinks were available freely, a choice of infused water, orange juice, apple juice and a machine for tea/ coffees and hot chocolate. All staff were really friendly, courteous, helpful and polite. Our cabin was really spacious, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in whilst away from home! The location was perfect for staying in London, with access to the DLR and the Elizabeth Line within a short walking distance. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Only thing we felt let it down was breakfast wasn't hot . We went for breakfast at 9am (breakfast was 8-11am) and the bacon & sausage ect weren't in the slightest hot even though a member of staff brought out a new dish of sausages as I was plating up. Good quality breakfast items and plenty of choice just needs to be hot. Alex on reception was fantastic and was incredibly helpful and chatty . He made lovely conversation with my husband and I regarding my husbands Tattoos. Absolutely beautiful hotel - local area very quiet nothing much around but actually that didn't matter . Gorgeous view from the bar terrace.

The location was excellent for easy access to the Excel which we were attending during our stay. It was also convenient to get the Cabe Car across the Thames to the O2. The room was fabulous. We had a balcony with River view and it was stunning. The whole place had a feel f being on a Yacht without being overly nautical. Everything was clean and well presented. Breakfast was ok. I was pleased that a veggie sausage option was given. You had to request this but the serving was delivered quickly and they tasted delicious. Service to replenish the hot food was quick and efficient and requests were dealt with quickly.

One of the nicest hotel experiences I've had. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views. The staff were all lovely, extremely helpful and really went over and above. No comparison in price for the experience of this beautiful accommodation. The rooms were huge, tasteful, excellent facilities, underfloor bathroom heating, comfortable beds and a balcony. You just can't get that for a standard room in a regular hotel for a marginally cheaper price. I really can't wait for the next trip to London, this is the only place I will be booking in future Thank you for an amazing stay
